Annie has always loved drawing, it underpins everything she does, She also takes great pleasure in the colour, texture, versatility and expressiveness of paint and pastel, crayon and collage. All natural things are an inspiration, the human form, the impact of man on the landscape, still life, ugliness and awkwardness as much as beauty, maybe more so.
